Shortcuts and commands
Keyboard shortcuts, the command palette, and chat slash commands.
On Windows and Linux, use Ctrl wherever this page says ⌘. Press ⌘ ? in a workspace to see the shortcuts there.
Workspace shortcuts

⌘ B | Show or hide the sidebar |

⌘ J | Show or hide the terminal |

These don't fire while you're typing in a terminal or in an open dialog.
Editor

← → | Move between open tabs (when a tab is focused) |
Delete | Close the focused tab |
In the file tree, use the arrow keys, Home, and End to move around.
Terminal

Chat

Enter | Send. While the agent is working, queue a follow-up. |

Esc | Stop the running turn |
↑ | In an empty message box, bring back your last message |
⌘ Enter | Commit, in the commit message box |
While you're following a teammate, press Esc to stop.

Press ⌘ K and start typing.

Type / at the start of a chat message.
Agent commands

Viewers can use /open, /changes, /diff, /board, and /settings; the rest need editor access. /push and /pr work in workspaces created from a public GitHub repository; see Git, GitHub, and pull requests.
